The clinic is in the Graystone Manor building, on Route 45 between Washington St & Gages Lake Rd.
(If you are coming from the north, make a U-turn on Rt 45 at Gages Lake Rd and head back north on Rt 45 before turning right, into the parking lot.)
- Look for the “OFFICE CENTER” sign on the building and enter doors.
- Take elevator or stairs to 2nd floor.
- Go to Suite #227 (first door on your left).
